Wrong Item & No Communication

I ordered the marmaris towel and received a different towel. While the towel I received is nice, it’s not the one I ordered. And I emailed the company 5 times and also dm’d them on Instagram to try to get the correct item, and have still not heard back from them. It’s been over 3 weeks now. Mainly writing this review to give customers a heads up.

Slighty Disappointed

While this Marmaris Peshtemal is lovely, the design not as nice as it showed online.
Appeared to be more intricate, tighter. In real life it looks like the design is more spread out. I know that the design is overall the same. Just not what I expected it to look like. Also not so happy with the heavier weight. But okay.
However, if one was not familiar with the previous peshtemals, this would be great. It is very pretty.
